Smt. Sreedhanya Suresh IAS
Smt. Sreedhanya Suresh, IAS, is a 2019-batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Keralam cadre. A native of Wayanad, she holds a Master’s degree in Applied Zoology. She created history by becoming the first person from Kerala’s tribal community to qualify for the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
During her tenure as an IAS officer, she has held several important positions, including Assistant Collector, Kozhikode; Sub Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Perinthalmanna; Inspector General of Registration; Director, KIRTADS; Director, Samoohika Sannadhasena (Community Volunteer Corps); Director, Kerala Youth Leadership Academy; Chief Executive Officer, Thenmala Eco Tourism; and Commissioner of Food Safety.
Smt. Sreedhanya Suresh is currently serving as the District Collector of Kasaragod.
